Notes: Cultivar of Phlox nivalis, a perennial flowering groundcover commonly found in the sandhill region of NC. A hardy weed-choking plant, started in Rockdale county, GA by Dr. Don Jacobs, this plant is evergreen and attracts hummingbirds. Best used along paths, in hanging baskets, or on slopes.
