Refund policy

For biosecurity reasons, we cannot accept returns on plants that have left the premises. We also cannot offer refunds on plants due to growing conditions at your planting site being out of our control.

However, if for any reason the plant you receive is not the plant that was on the label, we are happy to replace the plant.
