Notes: Brilliantly colored perennial wildflower commonly found in wetlands, moist woods, or riparian areas in the southeast. A favorite amongst pollinators, especially hummingbirds, who use it as a primary food source. Best planted in rain gardens, naturalized woodlands, pond margins, or garden borders.
