Notes: The 'Annabelle' cultivar of Hydrangea arborescens produces consistently large clumps of mostly sterile blooms. 'Annabelle's flowers are more long-lasting and beautiful but provide less wildlife value than straight species Hydrangea arborescens. Best used in a rain garden or shrub border.
